Biographie

Au moment de ses recherches post-doctorales au CRÉUM, Nahshon Perez venait de terminer son doctorat en science politique à la Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israël. Son projet s’intitulait The Liberty to Culture : An Equality of Resources Approach.
