CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS

As 2025 marks the United Nations International Year of Cooperatives, the International Cooperative Alliance’s 5th Global Research Conference will focus on the importance of intercooperation in creating transformative change for justice, sustainability and prosperity.

The 2025 ICA CCR Global Research Conference will bring together many actors in the international cooperative ecosystem, including practitioners and policy-makers. In addition to discussing the role of cooperatives in implementing sustainable development goals, the conference will also be an excellent opportunity to explore topics related to cooperation, including cooperative governance, business models and education.

Hosted by the Institut international des coopératives Alphonse-et-Dorimène-Desjardins (IICADD), participants will be able to take advantage of HEC Montréal’s new Hélène-Desmarais pavilion in downtown Montreal.

The conference will take place at HEC Montréal, Canada, on July 8-11, 2025.

Abstract submission deadline: January 15, 2025.
