Biography
Jonathan Martineau is an Assistant Professor at the Liberal Arts College of Concordia University, where he teaches the history of philosophy and social theory. He is also the director of the Interdisciplinary Research Center on Time, Technology, and Capitalism (CIRTTC). His research focuses on time and temporality, technology studies, and critical theory. He has recently published “Algorithmic Capital: Accumulation, Power, and Resistance in the Age of Artificial Intelligence” (with Jonathan Durand Folco, Écosociété), and “Time, Capitalism and Alienation” (Brill).
