Biography
Lorette is a Master’s student in Philosophy at the University of Montreal, currently writing her thesis under the supervision of Ryoa Chung. Her research interests lie in feminist philosophy, social epistemology, and epistemic injustices. She is particularly interested in the relationship between inequalities and injustices in understanding experience (hermeneutical injustices) and the formation of collective social imaginaries. She is a member of the Franco-Quebecois research chair on freedom of expression COLIBEX within the Knowledge, Science, and Freedom of Expression axis.
Before pursuing her Master’s in Philosophy, Lorette obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from ESPOL (European School of Political Science) in Lille, France.
